Buying
All on-line transactions are secure and processed by PayPal.
The total cost of your purchase does not include any local taxes or import duty, that your purchase may be subject to, in your Country of residence.
Please check with your local authorities if these charges will be applied.
If these charges are applicable and you do not wish to pay them - please do not use our service, as we are not responsible for taxes levied by your Government.
Shipping
Our primary method of shipping is by Mauritius Postal Services - Registered air mail.
The cost of posting is variable according to weight of the order.
Your signature will be required on delivery of the package as proof of receipt. There is no real-time tracking with this service - but we retain the postal certificate. Should the package be delayed or claimed as lost, once we are notified we are able to instruct the Mauritius Post Office to track the location of the package.
Should you prefer we can ship your order by Federal Express Courier. This service is a 4-5 day delivery with real-time tracking.
The cost is more expensive, with a flat rate of £35.00 for packages up to a maximum weight of 0.5 Kilo
Returns
In the unlikely event that your product is lost or damaged in transit please email us. In the case of non-delivery please wait 28 days from the date of your order in case it has been delayed. In the case of damaged goods please retain the product and contact us within 3 days of receipt. If you fail to contact us within the specified period the merchant PEUTIA™ Mauritius will assume you are satisfied with your purchase and our contract with you will be fulfilled.
If you have changed your mind, goods may be returned* within 10 working days from receipt and you will receive a full refund not including postage and packaging providing that all goods are carefully repackaged and returned to us in their original packaging and in re-saleable condition. Please email our Help Desk to notify us of your return and to obtain the delivery address for your return.
*Please be advised, because of health reasons we do not accept returns that have been opened used or not in their original container.
